"Rising Seas" is an international demonstration of collaborative, problem-based learning. Two virtual teams, made up of students from Halifax, Ottawa and Bermuda, worked together to explore the worldwide impact of rising sea levels. This learning experience engages participants in a whole new way of working and learning, using technology and teamwork. Designed especially for the 14th Conference of Commonwealth Education Ministers.
